Having met with the school on-site we spend the school holidays coming up with a 3 year plan to improve the school. We aim to expand the school catchment area by offering the best facilities and go from educating and feeding ~350 to ~550 students per day and, offering a full school service from Nursery to College entry.
This will give local parents time to focus on their work and, equip students to be successful in the future.

We have already begun!
A core part of our pan is tidying up the school and attracting more (fee paying) students. Immediate goal is to complete remedial work on the school and advertise the school locally.
This will help with paying for teachers which is the highest cost for the school followed by food.
